The number of cases of the new variant of the global corona virus, Omi Crown, has risen to 781 in India, with the Indian capital New Delhi being the hardest hit by the Omi Crown variant.
According to the Indian Ministry of Health, the rate of Omi Cron variant has increased from 3 to 30% in 2 weeks in New Delhi, where 238 cases of Omi Cron variant have come to light.
An alert has been issued in the Indian capital to control the Corona situation, with educational institutions closed in New Delhi on the first day of the Corona ban.
The health ministry says restaurants will be opened with 50 per cent capacity, while private offices have a 50 per cent attendance and only 20 people are allowed to attend wedding ceremonies, and political and religious gatherings are also banned.
In Maharashtra, 167 cases of Omi Cron variant have been reported.
It may be recalled that 9,195 cases and 302 deaths of Corona were reported in India yesterday.
