In the Islamabad High Court, a hearing was held on Imran Khan’s request to withdraw the disqualification petition from the Election Commission in the Tosha Khana case.

During the hearing, the Chief Justice of the Islamabad High Court remarked that you want to withdraw the matter from here as it is pending in the Lahore High Court.

Chief Justice Amir Farooq said that you don’t want to come to Islamabad? Is it freezing here? There is a lot of fog in Lahore too, rather there is smog, it is also raining here, the weather is fine.

The Chief Justice of Islamabad High Court said that after accepting the request to withdraw the application, they also write the legal results, whatever legal results will be then the Lahore High Court will also see them.

On this occasion, PML-N MNAs Mohsin Shahnawaz Ranjha and Ali Gohar are also present on the rostrum while Election Commission DG Law is also present in the court room.
