Indian cinema, no to The Legend of Moolah Jat, yes to Joyland

On behalf of Indian cinemas, the famous and internationally most successful film of the Pakistani film industry, ‘The Legend of Moolah Jit’, got a red flag, while the controversial film ‘Joyland’ got a green flag.

According to foreign media reports, the international award-winning controversial Pakistani film ‘Joyland’ is likely to hit Indian theaters soon.

According to media reports, Joyland will travel around the world, including India, for a traditional theatrical release after its US premiere at the Sundance Film Festival.

This news has also been confirmed by the production team of the film that the film will be released on March 10 in India as well as in other countries.

It should be noted that the controversial film Joyland directed by Saeem Sadiq is the first film to be released in neighboring India after more than a decade.

Remember that earlier in 2011, Shoaib Mansoor’s film ‘Bol’ was released in India.

Actor and director Riz Ahmed and Nobel laureate Malala Yousafzai are the executive producers of this film while the cast of the film includes Sania Saeed, Sarwat Geelani, Ali Junejo, Aleena Khan, Rusti Farooq, Salman Pirzada and Sohail Samir.
