According to the spokesperson of Islamabad Police, a case was registered against Fawad Chaudhry in Kohsar police station on the request of Secretary Election Commission.

The case against Fawad Chaudhry was registered last night at Kohsar Police Station on the request of Secretary Election Commission Umar Hameed.

According to the registered FIR, Fawad Chaudhry said that the status of the Election Commission has become that of a minister, those who are in the caretaker government will be chased till they are punished.

According to the FIR registered against the PTI leader, Fawad Chaudhry said that the people involved in the government will be dropped off at their homes.

According to the FIR, Fawad Chaudhry said that the Election Commission warns its members and their families.

Arrested PTI leader Fawad Chaudhry will be produced in the Judicial Magistrate’s Court on his transfer to Islamabad.

Islamabad Police will request the court to give physical remand of Fawad Chaudhry.
