The case of killing a daughter in the name of honor was heard in the court of the managing judge of the Anti-Terrorism Court.
The police produced the arrested accused Amir Jan in the court, meanwhile the court returned the police request for the physical remand of the accused.
The court said in the remarks that a case of terrorism is not made against the accused, the accused should be produced before the concerned judicial magistrate for remand.
The police told the court that the accused will be produced in the judicial magistrate’s court tomorrow for physical remand.
