Former Chief Minister of Punjab Chaudhry Pervez Elahi has said that there is concern over the non-arrival of election dates in Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Speaking to the media after meeting Imran Khan, Pervez Elahi said that he has decided to continue the protest against the controversial actions of the Election Commission.
He said that in the meeting with Imran Khan, constitutional options were discussed against the actions of the Election Commission.
The former Chief Minister of Punjab further said that during this time there was also a discussion on approaching the Supreme Court and other political options.
He said that despite the dissolution of the Provincial Assemblies in Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, there is concern over the date of election not coming.
Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi also said that there was a discussion on the eradication of bureaucracy, Imran Khan also informed about his suggestions regarding future political matters.
