After winning the World Cup for the first time since 2009, the Pakistan women’s cricket team sang Dil Dil Pakistan together on the ground, the video of which also went viral.
The International Cricket Council (ICC) also shared a video of the national anthem of the Pakistan women’s cricket team players on its official Twitter account.
It can be seen in the video that all the players of the team formed a circle and put their hands on each other’s shoulders and celebrated their victory by singing the song ‘Dil Dil Pakistan’. Meanwhile, the players of the team are also looking very happy.
It should be noted that Pakistan cricket team defeated West Indies by 8 wickets in their fifth match in ICC Women’s World Cup.
The match played in Hamilton was limited to 20 overs per innings due to rain. In the rain-affected match, Pakistani bowlers bowled brilliantly and limited the rival team to 89 runs.
