State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) has released data on current accounts balance.
The current account deficit for November stood at ارب 1.9 billion, according to SBP data.
According to the report, the current account deficit in the first five months of the current financial year stood at ارب 7.8 billion.
According to the SBP report, the country’s imports during July-November stood at about ً 30 billion while its exports during this period stood at اع 12.33 billion.
According to the report, the country’s trade deficit in five months stood at ارب 17.57 billion, while workers’ remittances in five months stood at اع 12.90 billion.
According to SBP data, trade, services and revenue accounts accounted for 20.79 billion in five months.
