The Supreme Court of Pakistan extended the injunction order on the transfer of former CCPO Lahore Ghulam Mehmood Dogar till February 16.

A hearing was held in the Supreme Court on the application against the transfer of former CCPO Lahore Ghulam Mehmood Dogar.

Justice Ijazul Hassan inquired that the Supreme Court had stopped the transfer of Ghulam Mahmood Dogar.

The lawyer of former CCPO Lahore argued that despite the court order, Ghulam Mahmood Dogar has been transferred again.

Justice Ijazul Hassan asked the Additional Attorney General how Mr. Amir Rahman was transferred again despite the court order.

Additional Attorney General Aamir Rehman replied that I do not have information, time should be given for the answer.

The Supreme Court has sought a report from the federal government on the transfer of Ghulam Mehmood Dogar.

Ghulam Mahmood Dogar was reinstated by one bench of the Service Tribunal while another was suspended.

Ghulam Mahmood Dogar has challenged the decision of the Service Tribunal in the Supreme Court.
