It has been decided to remove Khyber Pakhtunkhwa caretaker minister Khushdil Khan Malik from the cabinet.
According to the sources, the Law Department has sent a report to the Chief Minister after reviewing the legal aspects regarding the official employment of the caretaker provincial minister Khushdil Khan Malik.
According to the law department’s report, Khushdal Khan Malik is a government employee, so he cannot be a part of the caretaker cabinet.
Sources say that Chief Minister Azam Khan had directed the Law Department to review the matter.
In a conversation with Geo News, caretaker provincial minister Khushdil Khan Malik said that he is not aware of de-notification from the post.
He further said that I have come to Islamabad for a few meetings, I will accept the decision of the Chief Minister.
