The Federal Ministry of Education and Training has appointed Matriculation Board Karachi Chairman Prof. Sharaf Ali Shah as the Chairman of the Inter Board Committee of Chairman (IBCC), a committee consisting of heads of education boards across the country, for one year and its regular Notification has also been issued.
The Department of Boards and Universities of Sindh had sent three names to the Federal Ministry of Education for the chairman of IBCC.
These names included Naseem Memon of Larkana Board, Chairman of Matriculation Board Karachi Prof. Sharaf Ali Shah and Inter Board Chairman Dr. Saeeduddin.
However, Federal Education Minister Rana Tanveer approved the name of Professor Sharaf Ali Shah.
Earlier, Mirza Habib, chairman of Punjab’s Lahore Education Board, was the head of IBCC for one year.
