Muttahida Majlis Aam (MMA) Member National Assembly Maulana Abdul Akbar Chitrali refused to pay salary to Speaker National Assembly Raja Pervez Ashraf.
In the joint session of the Parliament, the members announced to give 1 month salary to the earthquake victims of Turkey and Syria.
In the House, Maulana Abdul Akbar Chitrali refused to give his salary to the Speaker and said that he did not trust him, he would give his salary to the welfare organization of his party.
On this, the Speaker ruled that all the other members except Maulana Abdul Akbar Chitrali will pay one month’s salary in the funds of Turkey and Syria.
