The Sindh High Court has issued a written order on the bail application of accused Daniya Shah in the case of viral video of Aamir Liaquat.

In the written order, it is said that the bail of the accused Daniya Shah has been granted in Rs 20 lakh.

According to the public prosecutor, the accused has confessed to making the video in an interview, the charge of making the video viral requires further investigation.

The written order further states that the person interviewing Dania Shah and the cameraman are the 2 witnesses of the incident, the subordinate court can take a better decision in the light of the statement of both the witnesses.

According to the accused, the mobile phone which had the video was sold, surprisingly the FIA ​​neither recovered the sold mobile phone nor inquired from the buyer of the mobile phone.

There is no denying the fact that the impact of privacy violation on a woman is more than the impact on a man.

Criminals should be punished but at this stage of bail a woman is entitled to more concessions than a man, it cannot be ignored that the accused is an 18-year-old girl, who was married off at an early age.

In a written order, the court restrained Daniya Shah from giving interviews and statements on social media.

The court also restrained the accused Daniya from contacting the witnesses of the case directly or in any way.

The order said that if the accused misused the bail, the bail would be cancelled.

The written order further said that the trial court will decide the charges against Dania Shah.
