PTI leader, and former federal ministers Pervez Khattak and Shehryar Afridi have deposited a fine of Rs 50, 50 thousand in the government treasury.

According to the Election Commission of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Parvez Khattak is participating in the by-elections from NA-25 Nowshera.

The Election Commission KP says that Pervez Khattak participated in the rally as a federal minister, for which the District Monitoring Officer fined him Rs 50,000.

The Election Commission of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa says that Parvez Khattak had not deposited the fine in the government treasury.

The ROs were directed by the Election Commission to recover previous fines from such by-election candidates.

Meanwhile, former federal minister Shehryar Afridi has also submitted a challan to the returning officer after submitting a fine of Rs 50,000 to the national treasury.
