The Supreme Court of Pakistan has appointed Arshad Sharif’s suicide notice case for hearing.
A 5-member bench headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan Umar Ata Bandial will hold the hearing tomorrow.
Justice Ijaz-ul-Ahsan, Justice Muneeb Akhtar, Justice Jamal Khan Mandukhel and Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar are included in the bench.
The Supreme Court has sought a report on the investigation in the UAE and Kenya from the special JIT set up to investigate the Arshad Sharif murder case.
It should be noted that the JIT, established on the order of the Supreme Court of Pakistan, went to Dubai on January 12 last month, after a week of inquiry, it left for Kenya.
After completing the investigation in both countries, this special JIT has returned to Pakistan on February 2.
