The hearing was conducted by Justice Rohul Amin and Justice Ijaz Anwar. On this occasion, Justice Rohul Amin said that the court had not issued any order to close the inquiry into the Malam Jabba scandal. Why did it close the inquiry?

The court directed NAB to submit Malam Jabba, Billion Tree Tsunami and Bank of Khyber inquiry reports by January 26.

During the hearing, counsel for the petitioner stated that the court had directed NAB to submit the report of Malam Jabba case, but the report has not been submitted yet.

On which NAB Prosecutor Azeem Dad told the court that the report on Billion Tree Tsunami and Bank of Khyber is almost ready and will be submitted soon.

Justice Rohul Amin queried that he had ordered to submit not two but three reports.

The court had ordered that this is a problem between the two departments, sit together and solve it, the court did not ask to close the inquiry, instead of resolving the issue, the NAB closed the inquiry.
