At Warburton in Nankana Sahib, the angry people threw out the accused of blasphemy from the police station and killed him.
The police personnel including the SHO ran away from the police station to save their lives.
The accused was locked up in the police station on charges of blasphemy. Locals say that the accused had returned after spending 2 years in jail.
According to the local people, the accused used to practice magic by putting the picture of his ex-wife on holy papers.
DSP Nankana Circle, Nawaz Work, SHO Warburton, Feroze Bhatti were suspended and at the same time DIGIAB Amin Bukhari was ordered to submit an inquiry report.
DIG Special Branch Rajafaisal has also been ordered to submit an inquiry report.

Tahir Ashrafi says that the killing and burning of the accused of blasphemy in Nankana Sahib is a cruel act, the criminals who did this should be arrested by the Punjab government.
He further said that the case of these criminals should be tried in the anti-terrorism court, no group, individual or group has the right to take the law into their hands.
