The appointment of Army Chief is being made a political issue, Ahsan Iqbal

PML-N leader Ahsan Iqbal has said that the government is trying to play a political card on the appointment of Army Chief.

Talking to media in Narowal, Ahsan Iqbal said that the appointment of Army Chief takes place in the last three months.

He said that after the change of government, Pakistan could request the IMF to review the agreement.

Ahsan Iqbal said that there was an appeal from the government allies to separate from the government and remove it from the no-confidence motion.
