The court of Judicial Magistrate West Karachi accepted the request of the police regarding the exhumation of the graves of the people who allegedly died due to poisonous gas in Ali Muhammad Goth area of Kemari.
In Kemari Ali Muhammad Goth, the case of deaths due to alleged poisonous gas was heard. The court accepted the request of the police regarding the exhumation of the graves of 18 people.
The court ordered the health secretary to form a medical board for exhumation.
The court said that the cause of death of all the persons should be stated as soon as possible and the report regarding the cause of death should be submitted within 7 days.
It should be noted that on January 26, the death of 18 children affected by poisonous gas was revealed in Moach Goth area of Kemari district of Karachi in the last few days. After the incident, four companies were sealed and one owner and others were arrested.
