A larger bench of the Islamabad High Court will today hear a plea to disqualify Imran Khan for not disqualifying PTI chairman’s alleged daughter Terian Jade White in his nomination papers.
The larger bench consists of Chief Justice Aamir Farooq, Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani and Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir.
The petition by Shahri Muhammad Sajid has accused former Prime Minister Imran Khan of not disclosing the details of his alleged daughter Terian Jade White in his nomination papers for the 2018 general elections.
Imran Khan had taken his stand in written statement before the single member bench that this petition was filed in the context of Mianwali seat, Election Commission has de-notified Mianwali seat.
Imran Khan had said that he was no longer a member of the assembly, so the petition was no longer admissible.
Citizen Sajid applied to attach new documents in the case, the new documents are related to Imran Khan winning the by-elections on 7 seats.
