Hollywood’s Mr. Perfectionist is currently busy promoting the film ‘Lal Singh Chadha’, which is based on the story of the Hollywood film ‘Forrest Gump’, which will be released in the next few days.
Regarding getting the rights of the film, Aamir Khan said that it took him 8 years to get the rights of the film.
In a recent interview, Aamir Khan said that he had met with various people to get the rights to make a Hindi remake of Forrest Gump.
Aamir said that in this regard, he had visited Germany to meet director Steven Spielberg.
He said he went to talk to Spielberg because he wanted the Hollywood director to talk to the director of Forrest Gump about the film rights as they were good friends.
Aamir also said that this series started in 2008, which he does not want to go into more details, but he will definitely say that it took 8 years to get the rights of the film.
It should be noted that the film Lal Singh Chadha is going to be released on August 11, while in this film Kareena Kapoor Khan will also be seen in the lead roles along with Aamir Khan.
