There has been progress in the disqualification case for non-disclosure of the alleged daughter of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan.
A request to submit new documents against Imran Khan was filed in the Islamabad High Court.
The documents also include the notification of Imran Khan’s victory in the by-election from 7 seats.
The PTI chairman had taken the stand that he has now left the assembly seat, he had requested to dismiss the petition simply because he was not a member of the assembly.
In the request for new documents, old judgments related to Terrian White case against Imran Khan have also been included.
A larger bench of the Islamabad High Court will hear the Imran Khan disqualification case tomorrow.
