The Capital Islamabad Local Government Amendment Bill was approved in the joint session of Parliament.
The amendment bill was presented by Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah Khan while Prime Minister for Law Nazir Tarar supported the bill.
Speaking in the House, the Law Minister said that there was a big objection on the number of Union Councils, the number of Union Councils was increased due to the increase in population.

Law Minister said that Raza Rabbani’s proposal is correct, the issue of terrorism will be discussed.
