The Sindh High Court reserved its decision after the completion of the arguments on the bail application of the accused Daniya Shah in the case of Aamir Liaquat’s indecent videos going viral.
The lawyer of the accused, Liaqat Gabol Advocate, took the position that Dania Shah has not made any video and has not made it viral, he said that there are baseless allegations against Dania Shah.
The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) opposed the granting of bail to the accused and said that if bail is granted to the accused, there is a fear that she will flee the country.
Daniya Shah was arrested by the FIA in December 2022 from Lodhran.
The session court had rejected the bail application of the accused, Daniya Shah is in jail on judicial remand.
