A person who left India on foot to perform Hajj entered Pakistan.

According to Indian media, Shahabbhai, who belongs to Kerala, started walking from his home state in October last year.

Earlier, the Lahore High Court had rejected the request of an Indian citizen going on Hajj on foot to grant a transit visa to Pakistan, after which a petition was filed in the Supreme Court in this regard.

The person who filed the application says that Shahab is very happy to get the visa as he will now be able to continue his journey for Hajj.

It should be noted that a 29-year-old young man named Shahab Chotoor from the Indian state of Kerala started his journey on foot to achieve the blessing of Hajj on June 17, 2022.
