Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s son Sulaiman Shahbaz approached the Islamabad High Court for protective bail.
Sulaiman Shehbaz has filed a petition in the Islamabad High Court through lawyer Amjad Parvez.
In the petition on behalf of Sulaiman Shehbaz, it has been requested that a security bond of two weeks should be given.
Having never been a public office holder, the plea has taken the stand that the allegations of money laundering are false and baseless.
Sulaiman Shehbaz said in the application that since October 27, 2018, I have never received notice from FIA, FIA registered a case against me in my absence.
It has also been stated in the petition that the advertisement declaration proceedings were also held in absentia.
