Chakda Express, Anushka’s first film after three years, in the first teaser of the film, the actress is seen speaking in Bengali in the role of Jhulan, the former captain of India’s national women’s cricket team.

While a popular Instagram page Diet Sibia criticized the choice of actress Anushka Sharma to play the role of cricketer Jhulan Goswami in the film and suggested that “a Bengali actress would do more justice with this role”.
Page further wrote, “Let’s remake this movie with (Konkana Sen Sharma) because then the day will be better after watching this movie.”
On the other hand, Twitter users from Bengal also think that Anushka Sharma is a wonderful actress but being a Bengali, she is disturbed by this strange tone in the actress’ film.
Meanwhile, a Twitter user also criticized the choice of actress Anushka Sharma to play the role of cricketer Jhulan Goswami in the film, saying, “There are some good actresses in the Bengali industry who could have played the role.”
The user added, “But no, it can’t be because we still have to show a popular Bollywood actress, putting a layer of make-up on her face, after which the color doesn’t look right, and the accent is right.” do not have!
