Attack on Imran Khan, decision of police not to register case on request of PTI leader

The police have decided not to register a case on the first request of PTI leader Zubair Niazi in the case of the assassination of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan.

Police sources say that the parties have been deadlocked for 2 days on the text of the request. During the deadlock, the parties contacted each other 4 times, but the police did not back down from their position.

It should be noted that on November 3, during PTI’s long march, Imran Khan was assassinated in Wazirabad, in which PTI Chairman was injured.

One person was killed and 13 people including the PTI chairman and other leaders were injured in the incident.

The shooter was later caught near the container who also confessed to firing on Imran Khan.
