Singer Chris Martin has contracted a lung infection, leading pop band Coldplay to cancel several of their concerts.
Coldplay issued a statement on their social media accounts and website expressing their regret and saying that 8 shows are being postponed.
All these concerts were to be held in the Brazilian cities of Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo.
