The resolution against Imran Khan was submitted in the Punjab Assembly

A resolution against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan was submitted in the Punjab Assembly.

A resolution against Imran Khan was submitted in the Punjab Assembly on the statement regarding the army and the appointment of the new army chief, in which it was said that this House condemns Imran Khan’s insults regarding the army and the appointment of the new army chief. Rhetoric on the most important appointment in the meetings is not in the national interest in any case.

This resolution was submitted in the Punjab Assembly by PML-N MPs Hina Parvez, Sadia Taimur and Samira Komal.

The resolution said that Imran Khan has made hateful statements about the Army Chief and the Pakistan Army before, raising questions about the patriotism of the senior generals of the Pakistan Army is condemnable.

The generals and soldiers of the Pakistan Army are working day and night to help the flood victims, the testimony of General Sarfaraz and other senior military officers is a great proof of this.

The resolution said that this house demands the federal government to take immediate notice of Imran Khan’s anti-army statement and file a case against him under serious provisions.
