Khalid Maqbool’s announcement of sit-in against local body elections from February 12

Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Pakistan also announced a sit-in at Fawara Chowk on February 12 against the local body elections. Convener Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui has said that Pakistan is at the turning point of its destiny, there is no one to decide. Economy will sink due to politics.

Addressing the general workers meeting in Karachi on Sunday, Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui said that the time has come to fulfill the promise you made to your forefathers.

Convener MQM Pakistan said that MQM will contest and win elections on 9 seats.

He said that we had said that your father will also give 16 seats. They had given up for the municipal elections, now they have to give up.

Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui said that by withdrawing from the municipal elections, he told who wants to win and defeat the city. PPP admits that 53 UCs are less.

He said that the Bahadurabad center will be shifted to Fawara Chowk next Sunday. On this occasion, he announced a sit-in at Fawara Chowk on February 12 against the local body elections.

Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui said that on March 16, he will win 9 seats and celebrate on the establishment day of March 18. 2023 is the year of MQM.

He said that terrorism is advancing towards Pakistan. Decisions have to be made after what happened in Peshawar. APC is happening to save the state, all political parties should take big decisions together.

He said that sit-ins are giving stability to Pakistan. Pakistan did not fight the case of Kashmir well.

Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui said that India has been making a religious fanatic its ruler for 10 years. Pakistani people have never given power to any religious organization.

He said that the workers will prepare in a week, they will fight the Karachi case at Fawara Chowk from next Sunday.

He said that today is a sad night, Pakistan’s Mohsin Pervez Musharraf passed away. Despite being a dictator, Pervez Musharraf gave the best system of basic democracy.

Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui further said that Pervez Musharraf laid the foundation of independent media. When the biased court said inappropriate words, entire Karachi came out to express solidarity with Pervez Musharraf.

He also said that if the corpse comes to Karachi, they will bury Pervez Musharraf with dignity.
