Kyrgyz woman’s son kidnapped, ex-husband ordered to surrender

The Supreme Court has ordered the production of ex-husband Dr. Zeb in the case of abduction of the son of a Kyrgyz woman.

The IG of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa appeared in the Supreme Court on the court order in the case of the kidnapping of the son by the ex-husband of the Kyrgyz woman.

During the hearing, Justice Ijaz-ul-Ahsan asked where the child and his father are.

On this occasion, IG Khyber Pakhtunkhwa said that Dr. Zeb, a resident of Swabi, is currently in Narowal.

He said that two days before the police raid, Dr. Zeb disappeared along with the child, he was informed about the court order through the lawyer’s secretary. The court ordered the Punjab Police to cooperate.

The Supreme Court ordered the production of the woman’s son and ex-husband within a week and directed the Punjab and Islamabad police to cooperate with the KP police.

It should be noted that the woman from Kyrgyzstan was married to Dr. Zeb, a resident of Swabi. After the divorce, in 2015, the court ordered to hand over the child to the woman.
