The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) has said that the country’s trade deficit in September 2022 was 2 billion 88 million dollars.
According to SBP data, the deficit in September this year has been 31% less than the same month last year.
According to SBP, in September 2022 domestic imports were 5 billion 26 million dollars while domestic exports were 2 billion 38 million dollars.
According to the data, the trade deficit of the first quarter of this financial year was 9 billion 20 million dollars.
According to SBP, domestic exports increased by 2% to $7.12 billion in 3 months, while domestic imports decreased by 13% to $16.33 billion.
