The Pakistan Bureau of Statistics (PBS) has released the country’s import and export data, according to which exports decreased in the month of October, while the trade deficit decreased by more than 26 percent between July and October.
According to the Statistics Institute, exports in October decreased by 3.07% compared to September, which remained 2 billion 371 million dollars.
According to the data, overall exports have increased by 0.94% from July to October.
July-October exports stood at 9.54 billion dollars, while the trade deficit decreased by 26.59% to 11.46 billion dollars.
According to the Bureau of Statistics, imports decreased by 16.21 percent from July to October, which stood at 21 billion dollars during this period.
