Coffee Reduces Risk of Premature Death, Research

A recent study has revealed that black tea drinkers are not only healthier but also live longer than others.

This research was conducted by scientists from the National Cancer Institute in Great Britain. He asked about 500,000 men and women in Britain about tea.

Eighty-nine percent of those surveyed said they drank black tea.

According to research, there are useful substances in coffee that reduce inflammation or swelling in the body. People who consume two to three cups of tea without milk daily, including heart disease and stroke, are less likely to die from any disease. The risk is reduced by 9 to 13 percent.

During the analysis, the scientists found that drinking hot or cold tea did not reduce the aforementioned results at all, but adding milk or sugar to the tea made a difference in the results.

According to scientists, it is not clear to what extent coffee consumption can reduce the risk of cancer or the respiratory system.
