The hearing of the late Aamir Liaquat’s indecent video viral case was adjourned till February 9 due to the absence of the plaintiff’s case.
In the court of Judicial Magistrate Sharqi, the case of Aamir Liaquat’s viral videos was heard, in which the police produced the accused Daniya in the court.
FIA’s counsel submitted a request to record the statement of plaintiff Dua Aamir through video link.
The lawyer FIA took a stand in the application that the plaintiff’s case is under study in Lahore, it cannot be presented, so the statement of the plaintiff’s case should be recorded through video link.
Accused Daniya Shah’s lawyer Liaqat Gabol objected to FIA’s request and said that the plaintiff’s case is in Pakistan, so the statement should not be recorded on video link, but the plaintiff’s case should be ordered to appear in person.
After the arguments of the lawyer of the accused, the FIA withdrew the request to record Dua Aamir’s statement on video link.
The court adjourned the next hearing till February 9 while instructing the plaintiff to appear in the case at the next hearing.
It should be noted that the accused Daniya Shah is in jail on judicial remand in the case of leaking indecent videos of late Aamir Liaquat.
