The police produced a 10-year-old child in the court in the case of the alleged murder of a mother in Gujranwala, Punjab. The court handed over the child to the police on 2-day physical remand.
Last night, the case was registered against the victim’s brother, the father of the 10-year-old child has also been named in the case.

The deceased was separated from her husband 8 months ago. The 10-year-old child lived with his father and sister, brother.
According to the police, after the mother was shot dead in Farid Town, the child was running away when the villagers caught him.
The child, wearing a burqa, attacked his mother in the street and shot and killed him when he got the chance.
In the statement given to the police, the child said that her mother was having affairs with strangers, which led to her murder. He took the pistol from a friend, a resident of Nawab Chowk.
