According to the prosecution, Fawad Chaudhry was accused of inciting hatred against public servants, sedition and intimidation of the PTI leader.
In the detailed decision, the bail application of Fawad Chaudhry was requested to be rejected.
According to the lawyer of the accused, Fawad Chaudhry gave the statement in Lahore, the case took place in Islamabad, in view of Fawad Chaudhry’s statement, no incident took place against any government official.
