Actress Alizee Shah has approached the FIA for legal action over a viral video of her smoking in a car.
Recently, a video of Aliza Shah went viral on social media in which she was seen smoking in a car while this video was made by a social media user.
Alize Shah has decided to take legal action after the video went viral and has contacted the FIA Cyber Crime Wing.
In this regard, FIA Cyber Crime Sindh Director Imran Riaz posted a story on Instagram.
Imran Riaz said in his video message that without anyone’s permission to take a picture or make a video, upload, share on different social media platforms, tweet, retweet as in the case of actress Alize Shah. As it happened, it falls under the category of Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016 and it is a crime.
He said that those who do so can be punished for up to three years or a fine of Rs 1 million or both, so be careful.
