Four miners were trapped in a landslide at a coal mine in Dakki district of Balochistan, two miners were rescued alive and the body of a miner was recovered, while rescue operation is underway to rescue one miner trapped in a coal mine.

Chief Mines Inspector Abdul Ghani said that 4 miners were trapped in a landslide in a coal mine in Dakki district, 2 miners were rescued alive and the body of a miner was recovered.

He also said that rescue operation was underway to rescue a miner trapped in a coal mine.

He said that the mine was trapped at a depth of 1200 feet and local coal miners were also taking part in the rescue operation along with officials of the Minerals Department.

On the other hand, according to the police, two miners Ghulam Qadir and Shadi Khan were crushed to death and two miners were injured in a landslide at a coal mine in Chamalang area of ​​Dakki on Saturday morning.
